The Hanoi Department of Health continues to allocate 137,724 doses of Pfizer vaccine to 30 districts, towns, and cities to give the first dose to 14-year-old children (9th grade) studying and living in the area.

A Hanoi student was vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine on November 23.
Over the past four days, Hanoi has deployed Covid-19 vaccination for children 12-17 years old, following the roadmap from older to younger, vaccinating before children 15-17 years old.
According to the plan, in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, Hanoi will vaccinate all 12-17 year old children who are indicated to use the vaccine by the manufacturer and the Ministry of Health.
Thua Thien Hue and Nghe An also started vaccinating children under 18 years old.
According to Mr. Le Trieu Son (Principal of Gia Hoi High School), 1,500 students in the whole school will be vaccinated on November 28-29.
Thua Thien Hue has received more than 1.2 million doses of vaccine, giving the first shot to 729,367 people and giving the second shot to 305,734 people.
Nghe An allocated more than 99,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine to 17 out of 21 districts, cities and towns.
313,472 children 12-17 years old in Nghe An are expected to receive the vaccine.
To date, nearly 30 provinces and cities are vaccinating children 12-17 years old, including: Hanoi, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria Vung
Ho Chi Minh City is the first locality to organize vaccination for children, and is in the second phase of vaccination.
