Peter Pan is a fictional character created by author J.M.Barrie and included in literary works since 1902. Over time, the boy who could fly and refused to grow up became a favorite character of many generations of readers.
The movie Pan released this year by director Joe Wright (author of Pride and Prejudice, Atonement and Anna Karenina) is the latest film version of this famous fairy tale character.

The film revolves around a 12-year-old boy – Peter (played by Levi Miller) – who is very hyperactive and often rebellious at an orphanage in London (UK).
Since the release of the first trailer, Pan has received special attention from Vietnamese audiences with a number of scenes filmed at famous locations such as Hang En (Quang Binh), Ha Long Bay and Trang An (Ninh Binh).
The romantic, rolling limestone mountains and majestic beauty of Ha Long Bay bring audiences into a magical wonderland in Neverland.
Three destinations in Vietnam appear in the film (from top to bottom) – Hang En, Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh.
In particular, the scene at the entrance and inside Hang En is used in a quite long, important and attractive scene of the film.
Under the pen of screenwriter Jason Fuchs, Pan combines new elements from the original story with the 12-year-old boy’s prequel to create a magical journey.
The two central characters of Pan are the orphan boy Peter and the infamous captain Blackbeard.
Meanwhile, Hugh Jackman created a surprise as Captain Blackbeard.

In addition to the beautiful scenes shot in Vietnam, Pan has excellent visuals.
The only point that can make demanding audiences unsatisfied is that the film’s content is not `deep` and the way of building the characters’ personalities and psychology is not bold.
Overall, Pan is a highly entertaining film with beautiful visuals.
Pan (Pan & Neverland) premiered in Vietnam on October 9.
