Below is a suggested itinerary to visit three destinations Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An in 3 days.
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh (Hanoi) – Hue
Trang Tien Bridge, Hue, in the evenings there is often a night market.
You should take an evening flight to Hue and stay one night to fully experience the peaceful scenery of Hue.
Start your morning in Hue with mussel rice, mussel porridge, and mussel vermicelli.
After breakfast, find a cafe to sip and enjoy the peaceful, gentle space in the early morning sunlight.
The next attraction you should go to is Hue Citadel with a ticket price of 150,000 VND/person.
For lunch, stop by Mrs. Doi’s banh canh shop to enjoy, the price for a bowl is 20,000 VND.
Around 2:00 p.m., go to Thien Mu Pagoda to visit and then take a boat along the Perfume River to return to the city center.
In the evening, try the feeling of riding a cyclo around Hue at night and try different types of banh loc, banh beo, nam, loc or eat bun bo Hue on Ly Thuong Kiet street opposite the post office.
Day 2: Hue – Da Nang

You book a car to pick you up at your hotel in the morning and move back to Da Nang.
You can have breakfast with fish ball noodle soup on Nguyen Chi Thanh street or visit Da Nang market to eat Cao Lau.
Then go to Son Tra peninsula, located about 10 km northeast of the city center.
At noon, find the famous pork rice paper in Da Nang.
Return to the hotel to rest, and at 2:00 pm, take a tour to visit bridges such as Tran Thi Ly, Thuan Phuoc, Nguyen Van Troi and Han River.
In the evening, walk around Dragon Bridge and enjoy Memory coffee nearby.
Day 3: Da Nang – Hoi An
Covered Bridge in Hoi An, an attractive tourist destination located right in the center of Hoi An.
After breakfast, you take the bus to Hoi An, the ticket price is 25,000 VND.
Hoi An is quite small, so you can just walk to visit it all or rent a bicycle to go further.
Hoi An has an interesting point: each time of day you will have a completely different feeling.
The next day, get up early to feel the old town in the morning.
End the short journey and promise to come back and stay longer in each place to fully experience the beauty and people here.
