5 North-South expressway projects are about to start construction 3
Tomorrow (May 22), the Dien Chau – Bai Vot expressway (Nghe An – Ha Tinh) begins construction.
This expressway is 50 km long, with a total investment of about 11,157 billion VND, and the Ministry of Transport signed an implementation contract with investors a week ago.
Also according to the Ministry of Transport, the Nha Trang – Cam Lam PPP project (Khanh Hoa) has been signed by the Ministry with the investor and will start construction in June. The remaining PPP project is Cam Lam – Vinh Hao (Khanh Hoa).
The North-South Expressway section Phan Thiet – Dau Giay is under construction.
Two expressway projects in the form of public investment, National Highway 45 – Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) and Nghi Son – Dien Chau (Thanh Hoa – Nghe An), are being urgently selected by project management boards to build units.
According to the representative of Project Management Board 2, the unit has opened bids for technical proposals for two construction and installation packages of National Highway 45 – Nghi Son.
The Nghi Son – Dien Chau expressway project has 4 construction and installation packages that have also been opened and evaluated by Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Transport).
The North-South Expressway project for the period 2017-2020 includes 11 component projects.
The 3 PPP projects are the 50 km long Dien Chau – Bai Vot expressway with a total investment capital of about 11,157 billion VND, of which investors will mobilize about 5,090 billion VND and the State will participate in 6,067 billion VND.
Nha Trang – Cam Lam Expressway is 50 km long, passing through Khanh Hoa province.
Cam Lam – Vinh Hao Expressway is 78.5 km long, passing through Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan provinces.
The 2 public investment projects are Highway 45 – Nghi Son, 43 km long, passing through Thanh Hoa province.
Nghi Son – Dien Chau Expressway is 50 km long, passing through Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces.
